Rhome Zabriskie
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, Rhome continued his education at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. In 2001 Rhome became a member of the Utah Bar Association. Since then he has handled thousands of personal injury cases. Rhome has gained valuable legal experienced dealing with thousands of criminal cases and he has appeared on several local and national television programs offering commentary on high profile legal cases. Rhome has cultivated a reputation as a dedicated and skilled lawyer. He is currently licensed to practice law in Utah, Colorado and Idaho.
Dean Zabriskie
Dean graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He continued his education at Gould School of Law at USC, eventually graduating with his Juris Doctorate. After practicing law in Southern California as a prosecutor for several years, he went into private practice in the Los Angeles area where he was very successful. While practicing in California he gained national recognition as a litigation attorney. Since then, Dean’s practice has focused on handling complex and high-profile cases. He has been a member of the Utah Bar Association since 1980. Dean has enhanced his practice both in criminal and injury by dedicating decades of study to Spanish as a second language. Today, his practice is focused on criminal defense and personal injury cases in courts throughout Utah.
Stephen Allred
Stephen graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. After earning his undergraduate degree, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in Topeka Kansas. As a law student, Stephen was a member of the competition trial advocacy team for two years. During his time at Washburn he practiced law in the Washburn law Clinic. He was selected to the Order of Barristers – a national organization dedicated to acknowledging excellence. After graduating from law school, Stephen sought out a firm that would provide opportunity to continue his interest in litigation. The Zabriskie Law Firm was a perfect fit. Since joining the firm, Stephen has gained experience representing thousands of individuals charged with crimes, and he has gained extensive litigation experience trying cases to both judges and juries.
Michelle Crane
Michelle graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in History. Later she went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America. Michelle also obtained a diploma in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Before joining the Zabriskie Law Firm, Michelle worked for Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City, Utah and in Zurich, Switzerland. In the legal department of Goldman Sachs Michelle’s focus was on banking compliance. She has gained extensive experience in trust, estate planning and tax law. However, she currently focuses her practice in handling criminal defense cases throughout the State of Utah.
Cyndi Pergrossi
Cyndi was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Utah in 1997. She is married with 2 boys and a Schnauzer. She started working for the Zabriskie Law Firm in 1998 and has enjoyed the flexibility the firm allows for her to continue working while keeping up with family life. For the firm Cyndi assists in preparing personal injury cases for settlement and litigation. Outside of the officer her interests involve camping, mountain biking, dirt biking, boating, skiing and snowboarding. Cyndi and her husband like to enjoy all these activities with their two sons and the family dog.
Coco Zabriskie
Coco is a legal assistant at Zabriskie Law Firm. She works on criminal defense cases in scheduling and inventorying evidence. Coco’s primary endeavor outside of work is the pursuit of a degree in Finance at the University of Utah. Coco plans to attend law school after getting her degree in Finance.
Luisa
Luisa has worked for the Zabriskie Law Firm for several years. She has worked both in criminal defense case file management and personal injury. Her organization skills are heavily relied upon for managing the firms mass tort litigation projects.
Chelsea Thomas
Chelsie has been with the Zabriskie Law Firm for several years. She works both in reception and scheduling. The firm relies heavily upon Chelsie’s to make sure that cases get in front of judges a timely manner. Her familiarity with all courts throughout the Utah help the firm to maximize efficiency in brining resolution to cases for our clients.
