Meet Our Team

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University, Rhome continued his education at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. In 2001, he became a member of the Utah State Bar. Since then, he has handled thousands of personal injury cases. He has also gained valuable experience handling thousands of criminal cases and has appeared on several local and national television programs offering commentary on high-profile legal matters. Rhome has cultivated a reputation as a dedicated and skilled lawyer. He is currently licensed to practice law in Utah, Colorado, and Idaho.

Dean graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law. After serving for several years as a prosecutor in Southern California, he entered private practice in the Los Angeles area, where he built a successful litigation practice and gained national recognition. Since then, Dean has focused on complex and high-profile matters. A member of the Utah State Bar since 1980, Dean has strengthened his work in both criminal defense and personal injury through decades of studying Spanish as a second language. Today, his practice centers on criminal defense and personal injury cases in courts throughout Utah.

Stephen graduated from Weber State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. After earning his undergraduate degree, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. As a law student, Stephen was a member of the trial advocacy competition team for two years. During his time at Washburn, he practiced law in the Washburn Law Clinic. He was selected to the Order of Barristers, a national organization that recognizes excellence in advocacy.

After graduating from law school, Stephen sought a firm that would provide an opportunity to continue pursuing his interest in litigation, and the Zabriskie Law Firm proved a perfect fit. Since joining the firm, Stephen has represented thousands of individuals charged with crimes and has tried cases before both judges and juries, gaining extensive litigation experience.

Cyndi was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Utah in 1997. She is married and has two sons and a Schnauzer. She has worked for the Zabriskie Law Firm since 1998 and has appreciated the firm’s flexibility, which allows her to balance work and family life. At the firm, Cyndi assists in preparing personal injury cases for settlement and litigation. Outside of the office, her interests include camping, mountain biking, dirt biking, boating, skiing, and snowboarding. Cyndi and her husband enjoy all of these activities with their two sons and the family dog.

Chelsie has been with the Zabriskie Law Firm for several years. She works in both reception and scheduling. The firm relies heavily on Chelsie to ensure cases are scheduled before judges in a timely manner. Her familiarity with courts throughout Utah helps the firm maximize efficiency and resolve cases for our clients.
